Pieperfestival has been an accessible, sociable and connecting festival for residents, visitors, entrepreneurs and associations from the region for years. Fun activities for all ages are organised on Horecaplein De Deel in the centre of Emmeloord, but there are also fun things to do and see further afield on Kettingplein.
The day the Pieper Festival takes place is an important and unifying moment for the whole region. Indeed, on the same day, the Fish Potato Run and Pieperpop also take place. Together, these three events form a unique and complete programme full of sports, music, culture and conviviality - with which Emmeloord and the Noordoostpolder show their best side.
At Pieperpop, it's all about music from local bands and artists. Come and listen and dance, as well as have a drink and catch up with friends in the marquee at De Deel in Emmeloord.
