Thanks to the solar boat team of Emelwerda College, the Young Solar Challenge returns to Emmeloord as it did last year. During this free event, high school students from all over the Netherlands compete against each other with self-built solar-powered boats. It promises to be a day full of sustainability, technology and maritime innovation, with both lower and upper secondary school students showing off their skills.
