In RO(C)K, Mariska Simon takes young children and adults on a musical journey around the world. In her special skirt, a globe full of sounds and secrets, she sings songs in various languages.

Each song creates a different atmosphere, but together they tell a single story: we may be different across the world, but in music we all recognise one another. It promises to be a warm, playful and interactive performance full of singing and joyful discoveries.

There will be plenty for children to do throughout the afternoon on the museum grounds. The children’s afternoon starts at 12:00, and Mariska Simon’s performance starts at 14:00. Admission to the children’s activities is free with the purchase of a museum ticket. Booking a ticket is compulsory; this can be done online.
