Dijkveld Stol Dairy Farm in Rutten is located just outside the village as you head towards Lemmer. At this farm, they use the latest techniques for careful milk production. They supply most of their milk to the DOC dairy and the ‘Poldergenot’ dairy farm in Rutten, but at the front of the farmyard they also have a milk tap for anyone looking for fresh milk. You can tap the milk yourself. In addition, the fridge in the sales shed contains ready-to-drink bottles of their own dairy-made custard and yoghurt in all sorts of (fruit) flavours.
