In summer, it is great swimming in and sunbathing at Wellerwaard, the lake on which Bij Ons is located. Then you can go to the restaurant for a refreshing drink or cooling ice cream. But also in other seasons, Bij Ons forms a nice combination with enjoying the natural surroundings, such as the walking and cycling paths around the Wellerwaard and the footpath of the Casteleynsplas located across the road. That's when you get a nice soup or hot chocolate after your walk or bike ride.
