For Visit Flevoland’s ‘FlevoMade’ vlog, Brenda explored everything that is and is being made in Flevoland. Naturally, she also visited the Noordoostpolder. Among other places, she visited Netl Park, where she rediscovered her inner child whilst swinging, zip-lining and stand-up paddleboarding. The entire landscape here has been conceived and created by people, with the aim of ensuring their guests have a great time. Be inspired by Brenda’s blog and come and have some fun too.

You can of course bring a packed lunch from home for your day trip to the Noordoostpolderder, but a lunch or dinner at a local restaurant will make your outing complete. Just sit back and make plans for the rest of the day or reminisce about all you have seen and done can be done in various restaurants scattered around the Noordoostpolder. Just pick one!
One day is not enough for you to discover all the colours of the Noordoostpolder ? We understand that! Fortunately, we have lots of great places to come and sleep, from campsites to holiday parks and from B&Bs to hotels. Do you prefer a place to sleep in the city of Emmeloord or on a more remote farm campsite? Choose your place to sleep here.
Whether you are out and about with or without children, a nature walk is always a good idea. Children can expend their energy running around, while you enjoy the budding plants and diverse animal life in the forest or along the lake. Want to see more than just nature? Then choose the sand sculpture route through the Schoterveld or the scale models of famous waterworks in the Waterloopbos.
