The trail meanders through the beech forest, among others. The Kadoelerveld, on the contrary, is a varied nature area with ponds, swampy lowlands. The route takes you to a viewpoint, from where you can look out over the Kadoelerveld. You will also pass the Kadoelermeer, one of the border lakes along the Noordoostpolder. The water in the Kadoelermeer is shallow, except in the channel which is frequently used by recreational boats.
