The cuisine changes with the seasons and the menu is revised regularly and of course, products from Flevoland are preferred above all. Animal-friendly, organic and pure dishes without additives are becoming more common. The link to suppliers and the short lines are great benefits that translate into quality and price. Patés, bread, soup, ice cream and bonbons are still made here daily in the traditional manner. The restaurant is a proponent of Dutch Cuisine and can tell you more about this trend.
Regarding wines, there is an emphasis on the smaller producers, surprising grape varieties and organic wherever possible. There is even space for the wine from Maronesse in Flevoland. Creating the right wine and food combination is a passion that never gets boring. Ask about the always-wanted-to-try arrangement! You’ll be delighted by the surprising combinations!
