At the end of September 2018, Restaurant Het ProefLab// opened its doors in the Waterloopbos in the Noordoostpolder in Flevoland. The Pavilion houses Restaurant Het ProefLab// and the visitors’ centre for Natuurmonumenten. It is located next to the Deltawerken monument. This makes it a great location for a delightful cup of coffee, before or after a pleasant walk through the Waterloopbos.
As well as a cup of coffee with delicious homemade pastries, you can also enjoy lunch or a drink with bar snacks at Het ProefLab//. The chef prefers using fresh and homemade products, often linked to the season. The menu changes regularly along with the seasons. There is certainly enough to keep tasting!
