The Luttelgeest Pumpkin Cart is exactly what the name suggests: a cart laden with pumpkins in the village of Luttelgeest. You’ll find the cart near Pantropica, on the other side of the road. During pumpkin season, from September to December, you can expect a wide selection of pumpkins and gourds in many colours, varieties and sizes.
Pumpkins are great fun to hollow out and put a light inside for Halloween, and they make colourful decorations for indoors or outdoors, but they’re also very popular as a vegetable (for roasting) or as the main ingredient in pumpkin soup. And they’re healthy too. So do pop along and have a look at the Pumpkin Van. Chances are you won’t be able to resist and will head home with at least one.
