Every Wednesday, the community centre is open from 10am to 12pm. During these mornings, there is an opportunity to meet local residents and have a cup of coffee/tea. There is also the opportunity to play a game together. Every last Friday of the month, the community centre organises an Eat Café: a cosy joint three-course meal for people from the neighbourhood. In winter, the community centre organises a cosy Winter Fair, which is also fun for visitors from outside the neighbourhood to experience. There are stalls, hot chocolate and live music and winter lighting with lamps and fire baskets.
