Camping Fiederels is a newly built small-scale campsite with 25 pitches, a (bicycle) café, two gypsy caravans, two cottages, an apartment in the hayloft and enthusiastic owners. The location, near Bant, is beautiful: between forest strips, with wide views over cosy-looking allotments and arable land towards the south.
Fans of mountain biking can have a lot of fun here. This is because Bikepark Bant is located next to the campsite: a freely accessible and small-scale hilly landscape where all kinds of challenges can be found and where pleasure in exercise is a matter of course. Don't have your own mountain bike? Just hire one, together with the obligatory helmet, at the campsite. Flowers, bushes and garden herbs add colour to the park. Do you like drinking mint tea? The leaves are freshly picked on the slope.

The campsite has a shower and toilet block with fresh green furnishings, well appreciated by guests. Each camping pitch has access to electricity and water points. Tents, caravans and campers: everything is possible. For cosy evenings, there is a fire pit in the valley of the cycling hills and you can also bake your own pizza in the on-site pizza oven.
Don't have your own campervan, caravan or tent? Then come and sleep in Pipowagen Doe Maar Groen or Pipowagen Doe Maar Roze. Or choose Cottage de Bosrand or Cottage Fiederels. For slightly larger groups, up to a maximum of 6 people, there is the Hooizolder: a flat with beautiful high beams and two bedrooms.
Café Fiederels looks atmospheric, with bar and tables made of locally grown oak trees. Here you can sit down for coffee, tea, soft drinks or chips. It has a simple menu. Breakfast is available if you book it the day before. So you can easily turn your gypsy wagon or cottage into a bed & breakfast. By the way, the (bicycle) café is a meeting place for mountain bikers, guests of Camping Fiederels and recreational cyclists who just drop by.
The immediate surroundings have much to offer. Across the road is the Belevenissenbos; a place where you can start the day sportily thanks to equipment along the path, and where the central section has play equipment for children. Sandy beaches and catering facilities can be found four kilometres away at De Wellerwaard, a free recreational area. Is it a rainy day? Then visit the tropical gardens of Pantropica just down the road in Luttelgeest.
