Boeren Brouwers is an independent, craft brewery in the Noordoostpolder, where the roots in the polder are literally in the ground. They brew from the farm-to-glass philosophy: as many ingredients as possible come from their own fields and hopyards. Grain, hops and herbs are grown locally, harvested and carefully processed into beers with character, terroir and a clear link to the polder.
